Nsa is an uplifting 200E-RYT yoga teacher and founder of Proud Journey Yoga, a Lagos based wellness company and Registered Yoga School under the Yoga Alliance. After a yoga class or retreat with Nsa, her students feel powerful, flexible and mentally refreshed. She emphasizes mindfulness, the gift of the present moment, in her yoga and meditation sessions. Nsa also holds a Social Welfare degree from U.C. Berkeley and has her RYT500 certificate in progress in California.
