Join a growing community of well aware people, by maintaining a regular meditation practice. Daily meditation has many benefits including reducing stress, improving concentration and improving overall well-being. #offline our week-long mindfulness and wellness experience invites you to our 5-day meditation challenge. Join us daily at 12pm for open meditation sessions. Some guidance will be provided for those new to meditation.
