Join a growing community of well aware people, by maintaining a regular meditation practice. Daily meditation has many benefits including reducing stress, improving concentration and improving overall well-being. #offline our week-long mindfulness and wellness experience invites you to our 5-day meditation challenge. Join us daily at 12pm for open meditation sessions. Some guidance will be provided for those new to meditation. OPEN TO ALL ATTENDEES.

#OFFLINE is an immersive experience meant to empower and encourage attendees to disconnect, be mindful and 100% present with no digital distractions. #OFFLINE is a reminder that our most transformative experiences happen in those moments when we connect with ourselves and others in a purposeful and meaningful way.  #OFFLINE programming includes daily meditation, yoga classes, massage therapy, relaxation workshops and more.
