Due to the high unemployment rate in Nigeria, retraining our young graduates, jobseekers, and undergraduates with globally recognised and relevant skills is a critical task.  Workes need skills that will not just be in demand in Nigeria but also allow them to compete for jobs from anywhere in the world.


This panel session will discuss why and how we can best train our youth, jobseekers and entry level professionals in relevant 21st century skills including ICT Literacy, critical thinking, technical analytics, problem solving, business communications, relationship building and strategic thinking.
