This session will explore the new players, the new rules and disruption, as it pertains to social media, customer experience, and businesses.




Connecting The Dots: Hospitality, Social Media & The Customer Experience is a meeting point for customers, hotel management and key stakeholders in the hospitality and tourism sector. Panelist will reflect on the changes, the challenges, the gains, and everything in between.
